Hello, I am not techy, so I really need straightforward, simple help please. Every few months, my phone stops syncing with my web-based email account. The company with whom I have this email account says it's not the email account because it's web based. The wireless company (US Cellular) with whom we've been pleased with, says it's not them. Fingers pointing in each other's direction, essentially. The phone says it's syncing but haven't received emails on my phone since July 1st. I looked into settings and nothing is set up to only sync at certain times - it should always be syncing. Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks, A mom in Wisconsin - trying to get one kid off to camp, trying to get another to get chores done, making sure the puppy isn't chewing up their shoelaces, and praying that my phone with my business emails, will just start working again!
