How do I transfer data on my Galaxy Tab 2 to my additional memory sd card

Otherwise a quick search of the Google Play market for "backup" returns a lot of hits.
Root ur tab first.

Do you mean the data from the apps? Like game scores? If you do, it can't move to the SD card, unfortunately. I wish it could.
Other data, like music and picture files should be going there automatically, I think.
You can go into Settings-->Apps and see if there is anything that is available to be moved to the SD card by checking each individual app, or you can download an app to check for you.
You might also consider joining forums and visiting the Galaxy Tab2 folders and interacting with other users of your device. You can pick up all manner of good information that way. Folks on here are always willing to help.
