Galaxy Tab A, 7.0 will not read apps on sd card

My Galaxy Tab A running Android Lollipop shows the sd card in My Files but shows no apps under sd card in settings. The apps have been moved to the sd card but cannot be opened. This just happened when I rebooted. Before that all was normal and the apps would open.

Thanks. I just tried a new card which I formatted in the device and then restored the data from my computer and got the same results.
I was able to restore files to my formatted new sd card, re-inserted it into the tab A and then re-installed the apps which had previously been on the sd card. Then I moved them to the sd card and everything is now ok and apps can be used.
