Root Galaxy tab won't boot after factory reset

Hello I just did a factory reset on my tab and now it won't boot well it does just with a black screen vibrates and turns off again I tried volume button down and power and it goes to recovery screen and just shuts down again I am rooted any advice ?

please any advice ??? I can get in recovery mode of that helps please any advice

Ok if this helps clarify its "soft bricked" I know how to flash stock rom and all but my pc won't install the drivers "apx driver" so I can't use odin I would be very greatful if some one could help me out it seems simple with the android know how. Please help
