Help Galaxy tab wont connect to carrier?

Ok so my galaxy tab recently stopped connecting to carrier like i dont have 3g and i cant even send messages to anyone. Can anyone help me? thanks.(also i have recently updated to 3.0 on galaxy tab then back down to 2.3 or sumthing i think).

From what you describe, it doesn't sound like you know what you did to the tab, but my guess is that you may need to manually set up your APN. If that doesn't work, leave a little more information so someone can help, like which Tab version you have, who your provider is, and what version of Android you have loaded now.
