galaxys3 battery

[Android Question]

i seem to be having major issues charging my phone lately.. i have tried 3 different chargers for my phone in under a week.. one tech told me that i had software malfunction. another told me it was the replacement battery.. i really just would like an answer to know if this is a fixable problem or if i should just get a replacement phone??
