    I bought a Verizon galaxy s5 ( which comes unlocked) and used it on my metro pcs network, it worked for about 3 1/2 months and then stopped. it says "not connected to a network" it also says "cannot download at this time". Everything else on the phone works, wifi, all apps, games, play store. I cannot make or receive calls, and I cannot send or receive texts either. I called Verizon and its not on the blacklist. Does anyone have any ideas as what to do or why this has happened. Any help is appreciated, thanks

    Definitely sounds like a carrier issue, I would take it in for them to look at it
