Gallary photos got disappeared Suddenly

Hi,

My phone (Gallaxy Ace) google play store and gallary photos got disappeared suddenly and cant seen them back

Have tried ummount / mount the SD card , Switched off and restarted the phone and i m still not getting the photos..

Also in Myfiles under DCIM i Cant see those photos:-(

So really dont know wat the problem. help me out to get the photos back please

If you plug your phone into your computer, can you view your pix that are/should be on your sd card?
Try that and let us know if you can see them.

Hey there GeethaS, glad to have you here

Were the photos uploaded by Google+ and synced back to your device, if so then losing internet connection will cause your photos to disappear. Otherwise, in the future if these photos are lost, i would suggest to turn on Instant Upload, basically every photo you take is uploaded to the cloud and can only be viewed by you
