Help gallery problem

Hi,
anyone plz help, my galaxy mini restarts while opening gallery and when using live wallpapers.
its a new one, when i brought it to samsung service center they flashed it and still have the issue ........

Mine was doing this and found it to be a currupt picture in on the SD card that it could not read.
