I'm using a galaxy s3 with PA. I don't think it's anything to do with the rom or a lack of memory.
So, here's my problem. Whenever I watch a video that I've downloaded or open one on the Internet in my gallery, it seems to play like 2 seconds of footage, then skip the timer ahead by ten seconds, but still play the audio. This goes on throughout the entire video. I've tried numerous video apps. Es video, mx video, stock gallery... It does this with downloaded and streamed videos. I've tried clearing the caches and data etc. To no avail...
So, any help that anyone can give me is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

PLEASE!!! Seriously, I've tried everything... Anybody who helps me will be personally hugged by me through the internet.
