Game opens tab, when naked browser launches,

After cache is cleared in Settings - Apps,
    This tab shows up again.

How to clear this before reinstall browser?

If you've cleared the app's cache, and are considering reinstalling it, have you tried clearing the app's data? That would be a pain if you have a lot of bookmarks saved, but if something has got into the browser deeper than the cache that's the next thing I'd try.

(I'm assuming that you don't have the browser set to open a homepage that might be feeding this ad or anything like this).

    Home page isn't set,

History, cookies, and cashe are cleared,
    Restart phone,
    They don't stop.

I go to coffee shops or grocery stores, and log in their WiFi from their website,
Most of time, warning say they have no valid certificate,
This one is from a grocery store,

    Hackers might left malwares????

    Firefox doesn't have problems,
    I open weather.com

    And I reinstalled naked browser,
Same multiple game tabs pops up,

I launch naked browser after hit exit,
    same game tabs are restored.

    Malwares??!!!

Where are you installing Naked Browser from, Google Play or somewhere else? FWIW I use Naked Browser myself without any problems.

Ads might be inserted by the "free" WiFi you're using. I've seen that before. But I will always use a VPN on any public WiFi now. So they can't do ad insertion and see what I'm browsing.

The reason why you're seeing the Security Certificate errors, is because the "free" WiFi provider is messing around with and modifying your data packets. Probably for logging, tracking, ad insertion, etc. Really the WiFi provider might be your "hacker". Another reason to use a VPN when on public WiFi, so they can't do this.
