I would just like to thank drakaz and all the people who helped with the GAOSP project.

The new beta is great, and i have discovered that the ADW launcher slows the phone down quite a bit

If you install LauncherPro, the phone feels alot snappier.

    Just my two cents.

    Any thoughts?

As far as LauncherPro goes, just install from market :)

I agree Launcher Pro runs very well with GAOSP B2. ADW was too slow.

    Hi there!
I tryed to install LauncherPro Plus 0.8.1.1 on GAOSP-BETA-3, but the installer says: Installation failed...
    Some idea to solve?
I would like to try some lightweight home apps.
Do you have a good experience with other than AWD?

    Tks!

Try via Market. If that doesn't work, try downloading apk (Google) and install it via File explorer.
