General Xperia/PS mobile questions

I know the xperia play can play games off of the ps mobile store.
But is it only limited to the "play" or can other xperia phones download the same games just with different controls? Or can all android phones in general just download a ps app and play the same games too, just without the physical controls?

i would post this question to whatever xperia device forum you are interested in (or i can move it ) i have never owned one, but i believe that the games and such would be device specific and most likely not be compatible with other android phones.

Of the current Xperia range, the Xperia Z, SP and M are fully PS-certified and will play PSM games. The Z and SP can also utilise the DualShock controller with supported titles.
