Everybody with a Verizon account can get to this page by clicking the "more support" link in their overview page of their Verizon account, but I thought it would be handy to have the generic link bookmarked to check at various times. ;)

OTA is supposed to run two weeks, so probably in two weeks.

Which makes SO much sense because then Verizon will push every bit of it using their towers instead of allowing customers to download from their server. Wouldn't it make too much sense to let someone else pay for a little of your bandwidth cost?

Maybe it's still being tweaked, and the version that comes last will be better than what's being sent out now.

    ..yuck yuck..

The logic may be that it is easier to deal with a certain number of customers per day who have an issue installing the update rather than an army when they blow it doing it themselves, potentially. Not that a user-installable update would, but you want to plan for the worst case scenario.
