Generic tablet without Android Market

My noname Shenzen Android tab (brand name MID) came without GMail, Gmail Contacts, GMail Calendar, or Android Market. Can't live without Market. How can I install it? Any hacks? My tab is running V2.2.

Sounds like you have the same one as me. When it boots up does it say WM8650?

Make sure you know if you have 3g or not. Mine does not, just WiFi.
