Help get the signal strength of 2g edge network

what are the range values in 2g edge network in android.
and how it is implemented.

What units do you use? In ASU the range is 0-31 (i.e. 5 bits). For GSM networks (which is what EDGE is) then -113 -> -51 is I think the range. The dBm ranges depend only on the network type and not on the OS, so are the same for android as for any other system.

If by "how is it implemented" you mean "how do I access them when writing an app", I don't know.
