I can confirm the phone IS 199.99 at Target and Radio Shack here.
Its 199.98 at Wal-Mart.

If Target in your area had it MARKED ON THE SHELF for $149, then they'd have to honor that.

Yeah. It was sticker priced as $199, but marked on the self as $149.

Damn I wish I knew about this earlier. Everywhere in my city it's back up to $200 and I can't afford it anymore. I was REALLY banking on getting this for the original $120~$150.

You can get it for $160 at Radioshack. You need a phone with foursquare and a new account. Just make Radioshack your first check-in and they'll give you 20% off your order. I think all you need to do is show them your phone. Offer is good up till tomorrow I believe.

yeah, this was $149 at radio shack. i was waiting for my contract to end. just did this month, and checked the shack online and it's up to $199.

They were still $149 for awhile after Virgin raised the price, but they've caught up now. I'd look for ones who still have the self price marked as $149.

I bought mine for $149 as advertised at radioshack. it wasn't easy getting it rung up correctly....if you see it advertised. for 149 then stick to your guns, they MUST sell it for the advertising price. it took me 45mins to get it done that way.
