Getting impatient

[Android Question]

I have an HTC EVO 4G from Sprint. The phone begins to start normally until the HTC EVO 4G screen comes on. you hear a tick or two within the phone and then it goes to the large 4G screen then it goes to black. Then is switches back on automatically and keeps doing this seemingly forever. I tried a soft reset and it didn't work for nothing. Need help now, thank you.

I would recommend trying a HARD reset this time around, this will, however, delete all of the data on the phone. If you don't mind losing everything, and just want your phone back, check out this video:

If that does not work, contact Sprint about getting the phone replaced.
