I wasn't eligible for my 1 yr premier upgrade yet, so I only got $75 off. With $12 overnight shipping, and I assume some sort of activation fee - my next bill will probably have an extra $175 tacked on to it. Not a big deal though, I seriously upgrade my phone every year when the next big thing comes out LOL

Like I said in another thread...wow this phone will be my favorite for a whole 10 months! (next is probably the Prime). My younger brother gets all my "old" hand me downs :) Lucky him

If you only got $75 off..... How is is that you think your bill will only have $175 added on? With the full price of this phone being in the $500 area... It seems you will be charged over $400.

    Am I missing something?

Yeah you were right...guess I didn't look at the receipt. It came out to 324 after my company discount and the $75 upgrade thingy. Anyways, I'll start posting pics and taking questions

    First Impressions

    1. First thing I noticed taking it out of the box: WOW. It is extremely light. I don't think any review stressed how light it really is.

    2. It is absolutely sleek and gorgeous. It's pretty obvious now why it sold millions world-wide. It doesn't feel "cheap" - definitely more "solid" than my epic - but it's probably because it has no sliding keyboard

    3. The camera lens in front along with the light sensor and proximity sensor are easier to see than the Epic.

Does the rear camera lens touch the surface when u lay it flat?

Unfortunately yes it does. It doesn't really touch the inner lens area as there is an oval plastic surrounding the lens and flash, but it's close:

:( Definitely get a case if you hate this as much as I do.

I just plugged in my spare Epic battery and it works. Most likely won't last as long as the 1800 mAh battery it came with but oh well. It works as a spare.

This equation still doesn't make sense. The full price of this phone is supposed to be $500. If you were only able to get a $75 discount.... That should have Been approximately $425 billed to your account. How is it $324?

I'm not sure. It's not even a full receipt - I'll wait for the bill and let you know.

UPDATE: I called EVP and they sent me an updated PDF. You're right it's 424.99 LOL

Apologies for the previous posts about the costs. Like I said - i dont pay attention to it much. Also I really didn't pay for it. Vegas did LOL:
