getting rid of call history

2 questions really

first.. whet i tap "phone" from my home screen i get the phone number pad up with recent calls behind it... can it be changed so that contacts comes up instead?

how do i delete the call history?

sorry if this seems a dumb question, but ive tried allsorts and its starting to bother me..

Hi,

to clear the call history, go into it (tap PHONE, press MENU button, tap 'Call History', press MENU button, tap 'Delete all').
I think there's an app that keeps your call history clear, can't remember the name.

i dont know about your other question, other than to use the 'People' app.
