Hi! I know there is a lot of rumors circling about the new update but I was wondering if anyone knew if or how I could get the update if I am on ATT and not Tmobile? Thanks for any help!

Do you know anyone who could loan you a t-mobile sim card for a little bit? They don't even need the data plan if you keep the phone connected to wifi.

Unfortunately no I am the only android user in the mass of Iphone people. I did email the htc help center and I *think* the official answer is that they will release the update on their website to be able to download it.

+1 for this request. Im using an unlocked mytouch 3g on AT&T and would love to have a simple way to upgrade (ie: not having to root the phone). Anyone?

I talked to HTC about it and they said that the OTA update based on the IMEI number not the carrier. According to them, even though we are on AT&T we should still get the update.
