i just got this used android zte-kernel android version 4.04 phone, and I need help changing the mobile provider and want to make sure the last person who had this phone can't get into my info.

Please help!

As far as making sure that no one can get into the phone, you can do a factory reset, but a spy app installed as a system service won't get wiped by that. Flashing a new recovery and a new ROM would help with that.

If it was my phone I would get it flashed back to the state it was in when it left the factory.

ok so this is what it is...zte-kernel n9100, 4.0.4, 3.0.8 perf boost mobile is the carrier...now what spy app to protect the phone and what chaintools to flash it 100%.....please help!!!
