GIF Camera App from Google Play

I have had the GIF Camera app on my ZTE Valet Android 4.1 phone for a couple of months. Just in the last few days, my AVG anti-virus app has been reporting it as "abstrusive adware" after each scan and tells me that I ought to uninstall it. Has anyone else had this or a similar experience? What do you think I should do? Should I email Google Play and tell them about it, for example?

Abstrusive... that's an abstrusive word. I'm sure avg would tell Google if any policies are violated by that software. If the software isn't hounding you with unwanted ads (abstrusively?), I wouldn't do anything.

I used Fast Burst Camera, though can't remember if it had ads.
