Help Gingerbread 2.3.3 on Verizon Galaxy Tablet

This was a dumb thing to do, because I did not read all the instructions.

I flashed the gingerbread 2.3.3 on the Verizon Galaxy Tablet and it was the for the GSM version.

Now I am getting the GSM splash screen and then the screen goes haywire.

I do get the download screen pop up so I can load a stock Verizon ROM. I have tried this several times to flash the stock ROM and I see the status bar getting completed.

The issue I am having is that when I try to hit the up volume with the power to get to the wipe data/wipe cache screen, that does not come up. I only see a blank screen.

Just wondering if there is a way to get my Verizon Samsung Tablet back to Stock? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Hey,
the fact that you get the download screen is encouraging.
Do you know what kernel version you are currently running? It may be that this is what is stopping your device working. Get hold of a kernel for the verizon version, make sure it is one that works and flash that. Then flash the stock ROM that you have found and see what happens.
Good luck.

Will look into this and give an update.

I have tried flashing the stock kernel as previously stated and then flashed the stock Verizon ROM to no avail.

I am still seeing the download screen, but I can't get to the recovery screen.

Not sure where to go from here.

he flashed the wrong rom, Verizon is CDMA, so instead of flashing the verizon gingerbread release, he mistakenly flashed a GSM gingerbread, thus the issues he is having, I would head over to XDA forums and see if you can get some help there.

Edit: Nevermind last post was in May, he probably got this resolved.
