I bought a desire so I could be organised with appointments and tasks. Nothing seems to work together. Purre calendar widget is blank, compass can't find my locatioon, can't copy photos or contacts as. Bluetooth won't work. I think u have to be an a.Droid techno Rupert to use it, not a busy mum who's never had an iPhone or smartphone before. No better off or better off than I was with my old rubbish phone. :(

Hi there, sorry to hear its not working out for you :(

Did you get it from a high st store? if so maybe bring it in and get them to check it out for you, it may be faulty.
It would also be a good idea to ask around a few friends to find one with the Desire who could maybe run a few things through with you as I know I am still struggling with my new Wildfire and sometimes reading pages and pages of "how to's" can be very confusing.

One things for sure the longer you have it the easier it will become. :)
