I have the GMail app on my Samsung Galaxy S2. When I open it, I see a number in my Inbox, which would indicate to me that there are X number of emails in my Inbox. However, the app says "No new conversations" and I can find no way to get into my Inbox. I can get into my Spam folder, however.

If I look at my Gmail account, using my desktop, there ARE messages in my Inbox so I know they must be there when I open my app. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong??

    Thanks.

From the Gmail app menu>settings>(select the email address)>Inbox type. Is it set to default or priority? Mine is default & works as you say you want it to.
