    Hi folks,

On my ICS RAZR MAXX HD, all stock from Verizon, when I go to Sent messages in Gmail, it shows "me" instead of the name of the recipient of the email I sent. This wasn't so on my X with Gingerbread.

How can I change the view so that it shows the recipients instead of the sender (which is always me, duh! :) )? Here is what I see: (attached file)

This kind of thing drives me nuts and I haven't found a setting to change it, nor a solution on Google...

I really do not think there is a way to change this setting in Gmail, i just searched through mine for a little bit and do not think it can be done.

I will move this thread into Android Applications forum to see if it can get some better answers though :)

    Thanks DC!

Is it just me, or does anyone else think it is very strange not to be able to see the recipients in the Sent view? Sometimes, Google (or, for that matter, MS, or Apple) do some interface thing that I don't understand initially, but eventually I figure out why and often agree with them. But in this case, I just can't wrap my head around it. I can't see a good reason why mails I sent should feature as headline content "me" instead of a recipient. No other client I know of does this...

Googling around I found a few other threads in various places, also complaining of this, though have not yet found a solution. I can't believe there isn't one!

Ditto to all of the above. My desktop shows the recipient OK but the Android does not. (I use my PC browser to access Gmail.) Go figure that one out!

Same here on both tablet and phone. It can't be changed, and the guy who decided to this should be fired.
