Click the red and white envelope icon in the upper left corner until you see the menu of folders. Find "Sent", open the e-mail you want to resend, click the three vertical dots, then Forward.

Do you know how to merge two Gmail accounts?

It's even a little simpler: Instead of clicking Forward, just click the Reply button. Instead of replying to yourself it'll actually reply to whomever you sent it to previously. I don't know why that works, but it's the same in the Gmail web interface.
