Help GMail Email won't configure on official ICS

Got the Official ICS on my XE for about a week now. Configured my other email, hotmail, Virgin, but GMail won't register, keeps saying wrong username/password. Now I know these are right as I can log in on a browser.

I've ensured numerous times that I'm typing in correctly, capitals etc but says the same. Whats up? you would ave thought an official Google account would register fine.

Anyone else got this? Tried doing it manual but the same...
