I can't seem to get to the original gmail settings.
I want to change retrieval interval. Maybe change password in the future, etc.

    Please advise.

    Thank you

The Gmail app on the Phone is "Push email" which basically means as soon as you get a message to your inbox it is pushed to your phone Immediately. Not "Fetch" where you can set intervals. So you can not edit the settings for this.

To change your password etc. I would recommend doing it on a PC by going to http://mail.google.com/

That's using the Gmail app. You can use the e-mail app and retrieve e-mail on intervals. I don't use the Gmail app so I can't say what functions if any might be lost but just wanted to point out the option to you.

I am very new hero user, and have some questions.
I have found a lot of answers around this forum.
But some questions remain open :)
