I'm new to the forum, new to Android, and new to Evo here
I've had this phone for a few days now and it's sweeeet, but today I've been noticing that of the few devices I have around my place, the Evo is always the last pony across the line when it comes to getting updates to my Google services (GMail, calender, etc).
I would have no problem accepting it as an issue with Google's servers or something like that (as described in similarly titled posts here), but it just seems too odd that other devices get updates nearly instantly, and the Evo consistantly lags behind.
Is this a known issue? Are there any optimizations to look into? Where might I comb through the phone's settings to make sure everything is set up as it should be?
