    Hi guys!

I have a Wiko Fever, it works flawlessly, except for the Play Store app: when I try to install some app it crashes (is stopped) at the moment of downloading them.

I verified that it happens with MSQRD and OsmAnd.

I tried uninstalling play store updates, deleting its cache and data, rebooting, etc., but nothing changes.

    Any hint?

    thank you!

    Hi,
    Reboot /restart device.
Connect the device with a stable WIFI port/mobile network.
Switch between wifi and mobile data.
Go to settings>date & time>select automatic time zone.
    Settings>account>google>select automatic syncing/enable syncing.
Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data.
    Go to settings>storage>apps> settings>clear data,
Thiss will disable developer options if enabled.
Go to settings>storage>apps>google play store>clear data.
Go to settings>storage>apps> download manager>clear data.
    Go to settings>storage>apps>google play services>manage space >
    >clear data.
Leave the device for some time to reload the data.
    When this is finished,
    Reboot /restart device.

    Unfortunatly nothing has changed.

are all the steps mandatory, or is some of them less important?

If the previous post didn't work try a factory reset of the device, but make sure you back up everything you want to keep so you can reinstall it later. I recommending using apps directly from the Play Store and not from third party sources because sometimes those apps can be out dated or incompatible with your device cause it to become unstable and crash.
