Root going into ally firmware development

Over past months/weeks, ive been working on a firmware based from the cyanogen and 2.3 (hybrid rom) . However being the only person, its taken awhile along with speed bumps.
I have 3g working but with not at full service so far and il try to keep updated on my work unless i decide to trash the project....

I do like the custom roms that are already out but im just gtn bored of the same thing over and over... (eclair/froyo)
So i decided to take things into my own hands. Might post some dropcaps later.
