Sure! you mean coins with mostly real gold in them, right? The gold dollars issued by the U.S. don't contain any real gold, but the U.S. does make more than one coin with real gold, as do Canada, Great Britain, Australia, and several other countries. These coins are mostly for collectors and investors though, and are not usually used for general circulation.
