'Fancy Widget' is worth a try.

You can't spend $3 for something you'll use every day for as long as you're on Android?

+1 for Fancy Widget. It's free, has both local weather & clock, and updates per gps location.

I use MIUI weather, but currently its not using GPS for weather, just one static location, but other than that awesome widget.

Why not use the clock in the notification bar and weatherbug? Weather bug in the past was great and just recently it will list my location 300 or 500 miles away for a few hours and then return. But I still like it the best with the active radar so convenient.

I was using flipclock, it has lots of cool features.

Then I found bobclock, and even though it doesn't have weather, it goes better with the minimalist look I love so much.

as far as a weather widget goes, they don't get much better than accuweather and weather.com., imo.
