Good news for video podcasts lovers

The Moment's 800MHz processor does a fantastic job at playing video podcasts made for the iPhone.
This is good news since they were unplayable on the Hero. Im glad I got my Moment.

Do you mean the videos lagged or just didn't play on the Hero? The podcasts I tested on the Hero played just fine.

They were lagging pretty bad on the Hero. I had the same problem on the G1 and MyTouch.

I am very glad to hear that ...Thats one thing I missed when I used my iphone (fantastic device for multimedia !)

So, How exactly do you get these video podcasts? With the iphone, one could get them directly on the phone (thru itunes OTA) ...Is there a way to subscribe to video podcasts (mainly news etc) over the air on the Moment?

I use an app called Doggcatcher. Its a few bucks, but well worth it.
