Shooter = FPS or 3rd Person Shooter.
I am looking for more multiplayer PC Shooters with no aimbots/script kiddies.

I have some additional desires
1. Free 2 Play and not pay 2 win.
2. No classes.
3. No jet-packs/flight suits/planes.
4. No Steam Games(I despise steam)

I dislike the battlefield heroes and Team Fortress games.

So far I have only found 2 shooters I like.
APB Reloaded(Unfortunately this one is pay2win)
Offensive Combat(Perfect game. F2P not Pay2Win. No aimbotters/cheaters.)
EDIT: I do also like Red Eclipse but the other players do not like the same game modes as me.

I have tried many others. Usually I see script kiddies on the first game.

Any/all thought out suggestions are appreciated.

Well since you mentioned a dislike for classes and jetpacks its probably a bad idea suggesting Hawken, a free to play first person shooter mech fighting game, but it is really worth your time. Got into it about 4 days ago and it is certainly among my favorite games now. Another one you should look at is black mesa. Its essentially a mod of a very popular game known as half-life. Another great one is tribes: ascend. This game isnt a traditional shooter, but when you play it you won't want a traditional shooter anymore. Another great one is blacklight retribution, this one plays like a futuristic call of duty but does it well.Since you mentioned liking offensive combat, I think youll also Like Quake Live, considered by many the proving ground for fps fans. All I can think of for now. You can pick up hawken at http://www.playhawken.com, black mesa at http://www.blackmesasource.com/download.html . Tribes ascend and blacklight retribution can be picked up on steam.. Quake Live is at http://www.quakelive.com and plays in your browser. Also as an honorable mention I'd like to submit Counterstrike: Global Offensive which happens to be my favorite shooter of all time. Itll only put you out 15 bucks on steam. Its nothing like call of duty. No sprinting, No aim down sight. Just your dead aiming and burst firing. After you buy the game theres no need to gain xp or save points for that gun youve been wanting. Its all there for you.

I'll give Hawken a try. Thanks.
Black Mesa appears to only be a single-player/campaign, am I correct in that analysis?

I really disliked Tribes Ascend and I sorta disliked blacklight, I have tried both of those in the past.

I was going to suggest Counterstrike: Global Offensive (or even Counterstrike 1.6, classic game), but then I saw the "No Steam" requirement. But just out of curiosity... how come you don't like Steam?

Anyways, as an alternative solution, check out Planetside 2.

how come you don't like Steam?

It is a unnecessary piece of software(bloatware).
It requires constant updating even to play single-player games.
It has no games good enough to warrent the bandwidth wasted on updating steam. <-- This is my opinion obviously. I found all the games on steam to be standard, generic, non-innovative, and with shooters filled with script kiddies.
It's primary purpose is to advertise paid games, I have the core belief that Games are for children and that Paid games only hurt the games legitimacy. Also I am too cheap to pay for games.

I tried planetside 2, There are too many players and the world is too big.
I get shot down before I am anywhere near anybody else.
I prefer fast paced in a persons face guerrilla warfare.
Planetside 2 is the slowest paced shooter I have ever tried.

hey that was dirty adding anti steam right after my post. I didnt really give black mesa an in depth view and just assumed multiplayer was included :/ dont forget to check out Quake Live though, QUAKE LIVE I also despise planetside 2 btw! not only do I have to tunr the settings down until it looks like mush to run on my computer but the field is 100 times the space the players actually engage in combat in.
