google account

    I gave my daughter a Samsung galaxy phone for Christmas, she is to young for her own account so I used mine, I want her to access google play but not gmail is this possible as every tim I try to set this up the phone connects to my e mail account,

    yeah its possible... they have apps available on the play store where you can restrict which apps and services can be used on the device. The one i use for my kids is called "kids place".

    It essentially locks the device with a password to a kid friendly interface where you select which apps, games, etc can be accessed without the pin. In settings you can select to disable notifications so any emails, etc won't be shown to her and she wont have access to gmail.
