google calendar 6 hours off

Using windows 7 laptop; ASUS tf700 with google calendar seamlessly synced (along with other google products: gmail etc).

I just purchased samsung galaxy s2 LTE, got it yesterday, set up google accounts. Everything seemed to be working fine. Today I noticed as I was looking at the calendar on my phone that every event and appointment is 6 hours ahead!

Check my tf & laptop and everything shows normal. Is there a setting on my galaxy that I missed?

Never mind, I never set my home time zone on the galaxy. I'm an idiot, all better now. I'll go back to my padded room.
