Help Google cracking up

First Google wouldn't send sms via voice. It would create the message but won't send. Now my contacts don't sync with my account. Might have to move to iphone as I haven't been able to find a solution to any of these problems. Also I have unwanted devices on my timeline settings...can't remove these either

Settings>Apps>Google Play Services>Clear all Data. Reboot, sign back into Google account.
Gotta check the oil every now and then. It's better than feeding the machine.
