Google Earth won't find my location in LG Optimus f3,

Google Earth won't find my location in my new T-Mobile LG Optimus F3 phone, but will on my wife's new phone of the same model. Are there some hidden settings I don't know about? Seems to be set up identically to hers.

Hi

Have you checked that gps is enabled and working. Do other gps apps work? If they do then it must be an issue with Google Earth (settings) rather than the phone.
