Google Goggles is exceedingly cool. This would be wonderful for tourists who are traveling and wish to know about famous statues or other landmarks without actually doing an official walking tour. On a side note, I wonder when Google Facial Recognition software is coming out as this will cause a firestorm of controversy.

Is it just me, or are other Cliq users NOT seeing this app in the market? I even scanned the QR code on androlib.com and nothing.

Been playing with Goggles for 10 minuets or more.

This is the new must have app. I took a pic of a quote on the wall at work and it took me to the authors web site.

Can't wait to see what else it can do.

this is great for the phonemakers who know how to make good cameras. Everyone will now want their smartphone camera with better specs.

Hmmm.... as a 1.5 user I'm starting to see where this will become a problem if we're not getting an update soon.

Yep, we are the poor man's android now, only a few months ago my hero was the toast of the town and now its the drunk in the street begging change "Can you spare apps for me phone sir" it cries. "Can you spare a Google map with Navigation app please or how about google goggle app, don't walk away from me sir, you use to love me when I was cool and shiny".:(

I am normally very patient but this is taking the biscuit. I am beginning to hate coming on these forums as all I seem to read about now are Apps and Updates I cannot get because I am stuck with 1.5 (and please dont say I can root because I dont want to and besides thats not the issue here). I thought that jumping straight to 2.1 was a good idea as it was supposedly nearly ready but now I am not so sure :(

Sorry about rant but wanted to get it off my chest :D

And so you should , I'm running 1.6 on my magic but I feel sorry for those still running 1.5  Google , the carriers , whoever it needs should get themselves together!
