Help Google Googles

I am hearing about this great app but it does not seem to appear in my Moments Market.
Is there a way to refresh or is it not available to moment users?

From the looks of things, it's looking like a Droid only thing... I don't see why it is though, the camera on the Moment is just as good (I think...) as the droid's, maybe better.(fanboy mode on).

It's only for Android 1.6 and higher, not just droid.

Yeah, it was developed for android 1.6 and higher just like the new google maps update. So sprint early adopters are likely screwed on new apps for a few months. Hero users are also having problems with the apps showing up due to the 1.5 operating system but they will probably have their system update sooner than we will. Unless rooting and flashing progress gets a boost.

Yeah i went to Google help forum.
I guess our OS is old out of the box.
Also Sprint will not release as an over the air update so you are maybe forced to go to a repair center or store.

Why would Hero get it sooner?

Android's life cycle seems to move significantly faster than any other mobile OS platform. Its not that the OS is "old" exactly, but that Google is just pumping out the releases faster than Microsoft, Nokia, or RIM ever have.

I'm hoping to see 2.x in the next few months. Hopefully the carriers can keep up with Google.

I downloaded this last night for my Droid...great app... but also scary to think how easy it is to scan any item and it pops up on the web... one step closer to "Big Brother" it seems! LOL
