Help Google Maps Navigation through Bluetooth Car Kit?

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea how to get my voice navigation to come through my bluetooth car kit? It's paired fine, calls work fine, but none of the sounds from the phone are transmitting to it - Google maps, Vlingo etc. Then suddenly today it did, but only when maps AND Vlingo tried to speak at the same time...

Any ideas?
