Google Maps & Voice Search

I haven't used the Maps Directions app in quite a while on my OG Droid, but tested it with my Bionic this weekend - didn't there used to be a voice search feature? it certainly is not hands-free friendly anymore! Maybe I'm just missing it.

Afaik it's still there. Just checked.
Maybe your Bionic runs on an earlier Android than Froyo (2.2)?
