google market not startign

Dear all

I have an andriod phone of oNDIA . It has got 2.2 froyo. The problem is that this phone was earlier opening market and alowing to install softwares. For last 4 days it is not allowing to enter into play and instead shows google terms and conditions without accept/decline options. It also not allowing to install softwares from 1market too. I have tried to reset the phone but the problem still persists.

pl. guide what to do. to open andorid market.
What to do if I want to upgrade the software... pl. provide software and steps also.

Have you tried reinstalling the play store? You can always grab a APK of it somewhere and flash it on your device.

I tried to re-install play/market apk.. But the final result is same.
My android version is 2.2.1. Can I hav any update of it. Pl. give me a link
