Is anyone else having issues with Google Navigation since the update? Every time I try to use it it keeps searching for GPS but never finds one. Why do I feel like this is some sketchy Verizon tactic to make me pay and use their VS Navigator?

I had some issues on stock froyo where I couldn't get a GPS signal in general. I could pick up 4-5 satellites, but couldn't get a lock. Several of my programs that track my location for work wouldn't work at all or it would take them literally 5-6 minutes to get a lock. I'm now running the SkyRaider ROM and don't have that issue.

It took a long time for GPS to get a lock on the first time I used Google Nav after the 2.2 update, but it's been locking on instantaneously ever since.
