Any of you having a problem when you try to launch Navigation or Maps causes your phone to soft reset? I can't seem to figure it out and don't even know how to go about troubleshooting the problem. lol

    Thanks for the help!

I used the google navigation 3 times today as I was running around and it worked flawlessly. They just need to update the annoying voice on it.

Thanks guys.. I'm not sure why my phone keeps rebooting/soft reseting when I launch google navigation. What I have found out is that it's b/c of my gps. If I disable gps and launch it, no problems, it only occurs when trying to access the gps. Horrible. lol

The problem was from using ATK. I had to do a hard reset and then I was able to use GPS again. Advanced Task Killer caused the lockup and random resets. Problem solved!

Yeh...! That crap sucked. It would soft reset each time any app would access GPS. I thought I had to return my phone. Make sure your info is backed up then do a hard reset. That fixed my issue.

Yeh, not to many people had this problem. But whenever an App tries to access GPS, the phone would soft reset. I found out it was due to using task killers. Once I did the hard reset, my gps no longer crashed the phone. I still use a task killer, but only if the memory gets extremely low, which has happened it.

Mine had this problem this morning. I got a notification for an update to Google Maps. I was playing with the app with GPS on when a call came in. About 15 mins in to the call the phone rebooted. I'm gonna try to replicate the issue and see what happens.

I wonder why I'm not having problems with ATK. I have ATK and was navigating with Google Nav yesterday, and it was flawless... Well except for a route/turn that would end up taking longer. :)

It seems its happening to random people, but one thing everbody has in common is a task killer. I saw a lot of people hainvg the same issue over at ppcgeeks. Hard reset so far has fixed this problem.
