I want to download the Google "phone" app but it says it is not compatible with my device. I read that it was only compatible with marshmallow. I have an s7 edge which obviously has marshmallow, so I'm confused. Anyone got an answer for that?

Hello and welcome to Android Forums Brent Tompkins :)

Do you mean, Phone, by Google, from the Play Store...

"*This app update is supported on Nexus, Android One and Google Play Edition devices running Android Marshmallow and above."
