Google photos which is attached to my primary gmail account is sharing photos, screen shots...with my secondary gmail photos account and I am not partnering. Can't get it to stop. HELP?

are you sure that on your second account, that google photos is not logged in on your primary account. on your secondary account, do you have additional accounts assigned to it as well?

Open up the Google Photos app, tap on the initialed icon in the upper right to open the app's options and settings menu. At the top should list the account the app's connected to (with a 'Manage Your Google Account' button right below it).
What address is list shown? Your Primary or your secondary Gmail account?

NO....even rhe tech people at my phine provider are having the same issue
